Biz meeting minutes, Feb 2007

OPENING - SENESCHAL - Gabrielle and Thomas

PRESENTATION BY HERALD (with many flowery phrases) - of Florida
goodies to Sir Callidus, with appreciation for his assistance
in qualifying fighters.

CORRESPONDENCE - Read by Herald, featuring introduction to
cheering for PG/Arenal layabouts
1)  Edward of Yarlborough - Muster call for Gulf Wars, email him
at edofyar@bellsouth.net to answer:
   a- What you're interested in doing (fighting/waterbearing/
     soup-ladling) to help with Gulf Wars;
b- How many are attending as fighters: Please wear Kingdom
     colors, etc.
c- Warlords please contact me for briefing schedule.
See Edward's orig. letter in the Yahoo files.
2)  Live Weapons practice?
2a)  Arenal apparently has Live Weapons Practice (aka Royal Rounds)
the 1st and 3rd Fighter Practice of the month (Sundays).

ANNOUNCEMENTS - Libby, of Panama City, is coordinating a Demo at
a children's school.  Apr. 13th, fairly early in the morning,
fighters especially needed.  There will be a 'no touch rule' to
keep the kids away from your stuff.

OFFICER REPORTS
-A&S - Elspeth - Report went in, but feels it was probably
incomplete.  TELL ELSPETH every A&S thing you're doing so PG can
get credit with Kingdom.
-HERALD - Edwin - At next Sunday's G&G will be helping people
to complete their names and devices.  You must have registered a
name, to register a device.
-HOSPITALLER - Geoffrey absent, but said good things about Friday's
Project Nite in message #2143.
-MARSHALL - Peg - Nothing to report
-REEVE - Juliana absent, but said in message #2142: "Bank account
has been opened and funds from the gift wrapping in Dec have been
deposited. The first set of checks and register where provided
free of charge by the bank manager. Doomsday report has been
submitted to Kingdom.
-HISTORIAN - Greet- Sign my list!  And tell me if you're a regular
with Phoenix Glade.

(If you think that Greet doesn't know you yet, please email her at
frontstepdesign@yahoo.com with your mundane name, society name, and
preferred contact info. If you signed the Sign-In List on Sunday,
you're already included. Many thanks to all. ~Greet)

CALENDAR REVIEW
1)  Gulf Wars - Thomas: We're not registering as a Shire this year,
but if you're not already affiliated with a Household and are on
your own, contact somebody who's going (Thomas, Gabrielle), and
they'll orient you.
2)  Heritage Museum/Saturday in the Park, Valpariso - Still
coming up Apr 28.  Need interest from fighters.
3)  Crown List, May 5
4)  Ft. Walton Beach Library, 19 May -  apparently planning a
