Looking forward to Magna Faire’s feast

I see a trend.  Last year's Magna Faire feast was one of the best in my first couple of years' events.  I was so full, and it was all SO good.  Looks like I'd better start starving now for Saturday night…

Sensei Kojin has come up with a wonderful menu,featuring dishes from the
regions of the Danube River:

First Course
Bratwurst – Germany (assorted sausages)
Kartoffelpuffer – Germany (potato pancakes)
Tarator – Bulgaria (chilled cucumber and yogurt sauce)
Piroshki – Russia (savory filled pastries)
Bread Basket with Butters (rye, rustic white, pumpernickel)
Kojin's Mustard

Second Course
Veprova á Pecené – Czechoslovakia (roast pork with caraway)
Blaukraut – Germany (red cabbage with bacon and applesauce)
Fasole Cu Unt De Lemn – Romania (white beans with olive oil)
Zelena Salata Sa Kiselim Mlekom – Yugoslavia (green salad with yogurt
dressing)

Third Course
Csirke Paprikás – Hungary (chicken paprikash)
Kenoflie – Yugoslavia (dense dumplings browned in butter)
Kapros Zoldbabfozelek – Hungary (green beans with dill)
Karotten – Austria (honeyed carrots)

Oh my.  YUM.  And so much from Hungary/Romania, which I'm still really interested in…my people, you know.  (though I have recently learned that Csap is possibly in Ukraine these days, just.)
